Originally from Quebec (Canada), I’ve proudly called Australia home since 2014. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Education from Canada, and since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of lecturing in psychology across three different countries.
Teaching is not just my profession; it’s my passion. I even like it more than cats! I’m grateful to have helped over a thousand women through group sessions and private coaching, firmly believing that no one should go through this journey alone. Supporting women in their growth and guiding them through difficult moments brings me deep fulfillment. I wouldn't do anything else.
After my hardest breakup, I craved guidance, a clear roadmap, and a supportive community to navigate my emotions. For years, I felt lost and isolated despite my efforts to find peace. That's why I created the program I wish I had, and made it affordable, so no one else has to feel this way again.
